Abstract
The survey presents the analysis of segmental and su-praspinal nitroxidergical mechanisms of pain sensitivity regulation. In systemic integrative pain reaction the nitric oxide is a participant of all its components being connecting-link between afferent painful impulsation and adaptative change of central nervous system. In the nitric oxide synthesis system the painful impact is accompanied by considerable changes, their intensity and directedness have specific profile in different brain structures and depend on pain parameters. Enhancing the tonus of upward nociceptive systems, the nitric oxide at the same time controls endogenous antialgesic mechanisms and can have an influence upon the effectiveness of analgesic effect of opiates. Thereupon nitroxidergical brain system can be regarded as potential target for complex drug pain therapy.

Abstract
The authors present the survey of the literature dedicated to the women' urination disorders and show that thus far there is no unified well-grounded for women treatment-and-diagnostic algorithm which could be analogous to that exists for men with benign prostatic hypertrophy. In view of a great range of urodynamics disorders, by no means all the methods turn out to be effective, and furthermore, the therapeutic measures, disregarding the impact on leading or important pathogenetic link, are of little success. To apply the up-to-date medications of transmitter and vascular therapy is more effective, when a doctor has a good chance to estimate evenly the clinic picture and make necessary changes of the treatment regimen. It will allow early and for certain to diagnose and treat patients, soundly fulfill conservative therapy or surgical operation.

Abstract
During the recent years, a high emphasis is placed on the computed electrocardiotopography. Notwithstanding the advantages of the method over the standard ECG, the mapping of the surface of body has not become a widespread method because of the complexity to interpret the findings. A group of 74 practically healthy persons (59 men and 15 women) has been examined. The complex analysis of the heart electric field, according to computed electrocardiotopograph data, has enabled to study and describe adequately the features of the electrocar-diotopograms of the healthy patients with normal, horizontal and vertical position of electrical axis of heart.

Abstract
These researchers showed the analysis of 1821 medical histories of the patients of specialized infarction department so as to assess the clinical course of the disease. They examined 50 patients, both men and women, at the age of 37-79 years with acute coronary syndrome, and 62 patients at the age of 25-50; 45 persons suffered from different forms of ischémie heart disease; among them there were 17 patients with risk factors for ischémie heart disease development. The examination included the detection of NO metabolite content, the tumor necrosis factor and C-reactive protein and sex hormones in blood serum. The young patients had the infarct that developed suddenly and proceeded with anxious and phobic reaction whereas the patients in years had depressive disorders. It was shown the reliable change of the sex hormones level of the men and women aged till 50 with risk factors and of patients with ischémie heart disease. The NO-producing system of vessel endotheli-um was reducing especially as regards the persons of the elderly age. The examined immune activation markers were bound up with coronary syndrome form and with the patients' age.

Abstract

The individual health level of the students was detected with the help of the activation prophylaxis methods and therapy, cardiointervalography. The authors had been finding the style of self-regulation of psychophysiologic functional state, coronary type of behavior and biological age index. It was shown up the correlation of the level of health and normal meanings of tension index and harmonious self-regulation style. A positive dynamics of adaptive state had been observed in the cases of the persons with small-scale of ageing in combination with normotonia or moderate sympathieotonia. By means of phytogenic adaptogens, prescribed in compliance with the computerized programme «Antistress», there had been carried out the correction of the patients' functional state. The extracts of Aralia Manchurian and Rodiola Roseo were more effective due to the fact that they had made for psychophysiologic amelioration of the students.

Abstract
An increase of strains of infections disease microbes that are resistant to antimicrobial medications has been registered for some period of time. In Russia the problem for monitoring of formation and circulation of antibiotic-resistant strains is that there is lack of standardized procedures to evaluate the antibiotic susceptibility of the microorganisms and the production control standards. To heighten the medical experts' information distribution about efficient use of antibacterial chemopreparations based on regional level findings, there has been carried out the study with respect to the susceptibility of the strains of S. pneumonia, S. pyogenes and N. gonorrhoeas received in Vladivostok.

Abstract
The rat testicles were examined with morphologic and biochemical methods in 1,3,6 and 12 months after adding the cod-liver oil to food mixture on the basis of 0,1 g/kg of body weight. After cod-liver oil use within 1-3 months, some degenerative changes of the spermatozoa and spermatids came to light at 8-12 per cent of convoluted seminiferous tubules. The cholesterol concentration has reduced almost by 20 per cent, and the phospholipid content of the lipid extract of testicles has increased by 16 per cent. Drug application within 6-12 months has resulted in lesion of spermato-cytes and spermatogones at 30-60 per cent of tubules, in increase of the testicle cholesterol level, in fatty degeneration of some part of gametes. Moreover, it was noted that differentiated elements of sper-matogenic epithelium of convoluted seminiferous tubules suffered to a greater extent that, possibly, had been brought about by retinol high doses coming into organism along with cod-liver oil.

Abstract
This study describes the results of the tests of blood Theological properties of 87 patients with chronic pros-tatitis. A considerable increase of blood viscosity most evident under parenchymatous form of the disease and in case of complications (epididymite, vesiculitis) has been detected there. The author has observed the statistically significant increase of erythrocyte aggregation index early in the development of the prostatitis. When complications, he has noted some decrease of the erythrocyte capacity for deformity. In all probability, hematocrit increase was an adaptive response during the oxygen provision disturbance. Electromagnetic radiation of millimetric range has stimulated the correction of the disorders of blood Theological properties.

Abstract
The authors have examined 34 children aged from three months to nine years with celiac disease (16) and lac-tase deficiency (18). They have detected nitroxide-producing function of mucous membrane of small intestines. The findings are the evidence of the participation of nitroxidergic mechanisms in the intestinal absorption processes. The peak level of nitroxide synthesis has coincided with the most apparent clinical presentations of the malabsorption: as the intestinal syndrome intensity decreased, nitroxide synthase activity of enterocytes went down.
