Проблема обеспечения безопасности в анестезиологии и интенсивной терапии
Аннотация
Проанализирован мировой опыт изучения основных элементов обеспечения безопасности в медицине в целом и в анестезиологии и интенсивной терапии в частности. Показано, что в России эта проблема стоит более остро, чем в странах Европы, США, Австралии и Японии. Вскрыты системные причины подобного положения вещей, предлагаются направления решений данной проблемы. Авторы заключают, что комплексный подход, направленный на повышение требований к медицинским технологиям, улучшение оснащенности медицинских учреждений, обеспечение современными лекарственными средствами позволит повысить безопасность пациентов.
