Оценка современных методов общей анестезии с позиций обеспечения нейропротекторного эффекта в реконструктивной хирургии брахиоцефальных артерий
Аннотация
У 130 пациентов 45-68 лет проведена оценка эффективности тотальной внутривенной анестезии диприваном и ингаляционной анестезии севофлураном при каротидной эндартерэктомии. Исследовались параметры гемодинамики, мозгового кровообращения, маркеры мозгового повреждения. Показано, что анестезия севофлураном вызывает меньшую депрессию гемодинамики, поддерживает более оптимальный уровень мозгового кровотока, что лимитирует ишемическое и реперфузионное повреждение головного мозга и сопровождается меньшим числом послеоперационных осложнений.
