Сравнительная оценка результатов лечения пациентов пожилого и старческого возраста с переломами проксимального отдела плечевой кости
Аннотация
Проведена сравнительная оценка результатов лечения 171 пациента пожилого и старческого возраста с переломами проксимального отдела плечевой кости. В 102 случаях выполнялся внутренний остеосинтез, в 69 случаях проведено консервативное лечение. При оценке через 6-18 мес функциональные результаты оперативного лечения превосходили результаты консервативной терапии. Делается вывод, что внутренний остеосинтез не гарантирует самопроизвольного восстановления функции поврежденной конечности и большую роль здесь играет ранняя реабилитация пациентов. Методом выбора при оперативном лечении переломов являются пластины с угловой стабильностью. При переломах типа С в ряде случаев показана первичная артропластика плечевого сустава.
