Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis of psychosocial factors of body dysmorphic disorder in modern adolescents. Persons with body dysmorphic disorder syndrome are characterized by a painful experience of a real or imaginary physical defect and an active desire for correction, the idea of a relationship, and the presence of a depressive state. In the modern world, a persons image of his / her own appearance influences all spheres of life. Adolescence is the most sensitive to the emergence of body dysmorphic disorder. Painful experiences related to appearance, can be ranked among the first in a series of pathological phenomena characteristic of teenage and young years. It is shown that the development of body dysmorphic disorder in modern adolescents is promoted by standards of beauty that exist in society, attitudes towards the appearance in the parental family, as well as features of self-perception and self-conception.

Abstract
The health of children who attend supplementary education requires special attention. Analysis of literature has shown that most of the work in this area is devoted to institutions of physical culture and health. However, data on the health of children involved in organizations in other areas are presented only in separate publications. There are also no publications that comprehensively characterize the conditions of the students> stay in the organizations of additional education. Not fully studied the regime of the day, the state of mental and physical performance, especially the adaptation to the general education school of children engaged in such institutions. The questions of prevention of unfavorable influence on the growing organism of the factors of the educational environment in the organizations of additional education require solution.

Abstract
Described the role of the glutamatergic system and the cycle of nitric oxide in the regulation of cerebral circulation. According to the ideas developed in the article, the cycle of nitric oxide, which ensures the continuous supply and regeneration of the bulk neurotransmitter of NO for the mechanisms of glutamatergic and NO-ergic transmission, plays an important role of the integrating element in the functional brain system including neurons, glia and capillaries. The effectiveness of this mechanism repeatedly increases under conditions of hypoxia / ischemia, when the heme-containing proteins pass into the deoxy form and begin to restore NO- ions into NO.

Abstract
Modern teenagers experience a powerful negative impact of social, natural, domestic and many other factors, which require the development of special preventive measures for the protection of mental health. Methods. The indices of mental health of 1024 adolescents were studied. The evaluation was carried out on the basis of the 'presence/absence' criterion and the questionnaire of the European School Research Project ESPAD. Results. Children 7-9 years old often showed a good, even, steady mood, as well as a good appetite, and the level of neuroticism in them was the lowest. In children 10-14 years old, some extreme deviations from the total sample were identified, but mostly the indicators were within the age limit. Particular alertness was caused by adolescents aged 15-17 years, where the decrease in appetite and fatigue were most often determined. According to the parameters of the psychomotor sphere and intellectual development, they often showed increased excitability, aggressiveness, motor disinhibition, isolation, propensity to lie, ill-will toward relatives. The prevalence of tobacco, alcohol, drugs and other psycho-active substances among adolescents has declined in recent years. Conclusions. The problem of the adolescents neurological and mental health state deserves constant attention, is determined by the influence of many factors and requires further study.

Abstract
The effect of the oligopeptide Pro-Arg-Pro-Gly-Pro (PRPGP) on DNA synthesis and free radical oxidation in the epithelium of the gastric mucosa on the model of gastroindomation induced by indomethacin was studied. Methods. The work was performed on 59 white mice injected with PRPGP (5 days to 1 mg/kg) and intra-gastric indomethacin (on day 5, 250 mg/kg) intramargibly administered. In the stomachs of mice after excretion of animals from the experiment, the area of erosive ulcerative lesions of the mucosa, the synthesis of DNA (autoradiography with3H-thymidine), and the intensity of free radical oxidation (chemiluminescence) were measured. Results. Under physiological conditions, the administration of the peptide did not cause changes in the gastric mucosa. After the introduction of indomethacin, erosive and ulcerative lesions of the mucous membrane developed, the index of labeled nuclei decreased in the stomach tissue and the intensity of free radical oxidation increased. Conclusions. Under the influence of indomethacin in the mucous membrane of the stomach of white mice, oxidative stress developed. Glyproline PRPGP weighted the processes of free radical oxidation. The inversion of the action of the peptide in this study can be explained by the dose-dependent effect of nitric oxide. The theoretical concentration of nitric oxide formed from the peptide after proteolysis was calculated. It was found to be 22.3 цМ. Exceeding the threshold concentration of nitric oxide (1 цМ) caused the activation of poly (ADP-ribose) polymerases, disruption of mitochondria and accumulation of calcium ions, which led to apoptosis through a cascade of consecutive reactions.

Abstract
The study objective is to analyze changes in the internal organs of the male reproductive system of mature rats after inhalation exposure to toluene, a component of epoxy resins widely used in industry. Methods. The experiment was performed on 60 adult male white rats. 30 animals were exposed to inhalation exposure to toluene at a concentration of 500 mg/m3 for 60 days (5 days a week for 5 hours per day). 30 intact rats were used as a control group. Groups of animals (6 rats each) were withdrawn from the experiment on the 1st, 7th, 15th, 30th and 60th days after the termination of exposure to the toxicant. Histological and histomorphometric examination of internal genital organs was performed. Results. Under conditions toluene effect on the human body, disintegration of germinal epithelium of testes, mild vacuolation of Leydig and Sertoli cells, insignificant decrease in spermatogenesis index, decrease in secretion in the prostate gland and a moderate decrease in the height of the epithelium of seminal vesicles were observed. Conclusions. The study for the first time describes the effect of chemical exposure of toluene on the entire complex of organs of the reproductive system of rats. The question of whether the data obtained can be compared with the results of similar studies requires a separate analysis.

Abstract
The experience of using dabigartane and rivaroxaban for secondary prevention of thrombus formation in patients with hereditary hematogenous thrombophilia is considered. Methods. Examined 65 patients with hereditary combined hematogenous thrombophilia aged from 17 to 60. 35 patients took dabigatrane (pradax), 20 patients took rivaroxaban (xarelto), 10 patients took warfarin. Results. After the prescription of dabigatrane or rivaroxaban, no patient recurred any life-threatening thrombotic complications. When dabigatrane was used, hemorrhagic complications were not diagnosed, and only 4 people receiving rivaroxaban had nasal bleeding. Conclusions. Dabigatrane and rivaroxaban are effective and safe drugs for antithrombotic therapy in hereditary hematogenous thrombophilia. Absence of the need for constant laboratory monitoring and extremely rare hemorrhagic complications make it possible to use them in patients living in regions remote from large medical centers.

Abstract
The study objective is to analyze the difficulties arising during the operation on the stapes. Methods. Carried out the analysis of 86 kofosurgical interventions performed to the extent of small fenestral stapedectomy according to Causse. The closest audiological results were evaluated in 50 cases. Results. Difficulties that could affect the results of surgical treatment were registered in 24 cases (27.9%) and divided into two groups: preoperative and intraoperative. The first group (9 episodes) included a narrow auditory meatus, a short neck, an overhang of the facial nerve canal, a thick foot plate. The second group (15 episodes) includes insufficient anesthesia, «floating stapes», stapedectomy, anvil dislocation, bleeding, psychoemotional instability. The closest audiological results of 50 operations presented after 2 months showed excellent results in 82%, good results in 14%, satisfactory results in 4% of cases. Conclusions. A thorough preoperative examination of the patient, including a computer tomography of the temporal bone, an audiologic examination, a good theoretical and technical training of the surgeon, is the key to restoring or improving hearing in people with otosclerosis. The technique of operation on the Causse allows to obtain excellent and good results in 96% of observations.

Abstract
Demographic indicators are considered to be the most important parameters characterizing the health status of the population. Methods. The factor analysis is performed and the correlation between demographic and social economic indicators of the popu lation of the Russian Far Eastern Federal District for 2010-2014 is calculated. Results. Correlation with a strong direct link is established between the number of births and housing conditions, between the number of deaths and the number of unemployed, and the number of educational organizations. The natural increase in the population was closely related to the average monthly wages, housing conditions, turnover of public catering and retail trade, as well as the volume of paid services to the population. Such a demographic criterion as the number of children who died before the age of one year did not correlate with any of the social economic indicators. The number of population was in direct connection with the number of unemployed, the number of educational organizations, and also with the production of milk. The rest of social economic indicators did not show the correlation. Conclusions. The severity of the demographic situation in the Far Eastern Federal District, even when implementing national projects, should be resolved through demographic growth or at least simple reproduction of the population and labor resources. Reducing the population can be reduced by attracting migrants, through the allocation of funds from the federal and regional budgets for the arrangement of territories, the active use of the potential of educational migration, the implementation of state policy for the development of the Russian Far East.

Abstract
For the Khabarovsk territory, the problem of enteroviral infection (EVI) is topical: the incidence rate in 2006-2015 here exceeded the all-Russian one 16 times. Methods. The epidemiological aspects and the EVI clinic were studied in 1928 children. Results. The most significant increases in the incidence of EVI were registered in 2006, 2015 and 2013 (171.5-104.4 per 100,000 of population). EVI in the region was characterized by summer-autumn seasonality with a maximum rise in the incidence rate in July-August. The main contingent of cases (93.5%) is children under 14 years old. In the structure of clinical forms, serous meningitis dominated in the years of high morbidity, with a relatively low incidence of morbidity predominated without the defeat of the nervous system (herpangina and 'small disease'). Conclusions. The structure of clinical variants of EVI depends on the age of the patients. Serous meningitis predominates in the group of children 3-12 years old, and for children under 3 years, typical forms that occur without the defeat of the nervous system (respiratory, intestinal, herpangina).

Abstract
To identify awareness and accepting changes in the system of medical education, a sociological survey of medical workers of the Far Eastern Federal District was conducted. Methods. The selection of the units was carried out by a simple random sampling method. The follow-up period was 2.5 years (20132015). The study involved 174 doctors and 167 public health officials. Primary information was collected by questionnaire. Results. Among the doctors surveyed, more than half (52.9%) did not qualify, 71.3% did not leave the region for professional improvement or retraining, 86.2% felt the need for new information on their specialty. 11.5% of respondents did not use the Internet. Half of all respondents were negative to the planned abolition of certification and the introduction of the standard of continuous medical education, and a third was difficult to answer this question. At the same time, 19.1% of respondents noted the need to improve the level of professional training of personnel under the present conditions. Conclusions. By the end of the initial phase of the reform of medical education, the bulk of the target audience remains unprepared. The reasons for the rejection of the new system are an increased level of distrust of specialists to the actions of the Ministry of Health of Russia, as well as their low motivation to change the education system. Expected employee turnover, including the change of generations, the low level of electronic communication of the Far East creates additional difficulties in the successful implementation of the concept of the continuous medical education.
